Remember this is for all players currently on waivers. you have to have an open roster spot to make a selection or simply drop a player to replace him. also, you dont have to make a pick, you can simply pass.
for those that do make a selection you will then fall to 16 and move up one slot each time a team ahead of you makes a selection and so on...
the clock will be 6 hours per pick, but does not include from 12am-8am board time, if you fail to make a pick in that time you automatically pass.
once this is complete all players will open up on the free agent market in which you can sign when you want if you have the room without an effect of your waiver slot.

If you have room on your roster we can start the waiver draft (so whenever the Astros wish to post. There is no timer yet, so please do not skip turns). If you don't have room on the roster you will need to drop the required amount of players. teams can not exceed roster limits by adding players via waivers. Post your selection or post that you skip. Do not post before your turn.

FYI your team page must be updated prior to making any waiver claims as well. You can't have anyone on IR, your roster can not exceed 25 players, and your prospect roster can't exceed 25 players. I will be copying prospect rosters to the prospect thread, so please have them accurate.
