Doesn't Tyler's post just say "these 3 guys" then names the guys (Moncada, Olivera, Ibanez) and also "you will have to do your own research to determine where to draft them"?. There's nothing else saying we should examine the recent change to the MLB international signing rules that just passed.

Just keep the draft going.....I will address this in another thread....I have to do a coaching clinic to coach my kids lacrosse so I will try to post....
If josh can open a discussion thread this would be my question...
1. Did you know he existed? Because I didnt.
2. Would you really have taken him before Touissant, Hoffman and Finnegan who all went recently?.....
The guy is 18 and unproven against any level of significance and will miss half this year just waiting to sign. .....so I don't think its a big deal because there are guys I'd much rather have.....he just gets more hype because he's a FA.....anyway post a discussion thread and we can have a friendly chat about it...
On a side note it's totally my fault his name wasn't included and it should have been but I thought the other guys were the only ones of value
