Yeah. From what I understand, after this season, our prospect team goes from 20 to 25 players. We do a draft of 5 rounds, of all prospects that are unclaimed and newly drafted by MLB teams. So when you give up a 2nd round pick, it is your 2/5 pick from the draft after this season.

This coming draft year we will have 5 rounds. This will take us to a max of 25 players on your farm, although if you have acquired extra picks you can exceed this number at the draft as long as you cut the extra players and are back to 25 before the start of the next season. The following year (2017 draft) we will have 3 rounds. Your prospect roster will stay at 25 though. Again you can exceed the 25 prospect limit if you have acquired extra picks or make trades for prospects in the offseason as long as you cut the required amount of players prior to the season.

So the 2016 draft we will have 5 rounds taking us to a max of 25 players, and every year after this year we will have 3 rounds but the amount of prospects on your farm will not go up, it will be your responsibility to decide who to replace or make sure you have open slots available when the season begins.
