Any other unowned prospect can be added as a free agent and is a waste of a draft pick

In the first DBL season, I finished 2nd to fantasy stud Drew, and with my prize, selected an Expos jersey of my baseball hero, Vladamir Guerrero. I expect to get another Guerrero jersey as my DBL prize in the future, this time of a Blue Jays jersey.
Maybe a sucker to his name, but with my pick, I very proudly select his son, who was born in Montreal BTW...Vladamir Guerrero JR, OF, Toronto Blue Jays.

Expos had back to back picks? I'm so confused. Wish we would have set this up on Fantrax & copied it here with our selection. I thought Toronto & Mets were between Expos picks or were they skipped?
