I love big rosters with lots of teams and a need to build through the draft!!
I was thinking 27 roster spots with 20 prospects??

Ya I was thinking at least 3 DL and maybe 5 because of the Tommy John problem.....

i like biz idea of the 25 roster - 20 prospect roster, with having 5 bench spots instead of 7
i like 3 DL spots option

maybe drop the OF spot and do 6 bench? Just a suggestion, I'd be fine with any of those

I was only thinking 7 bench because you will want 3 utility type players that you can sub in and out when guys take a rest or don't play and then you have 4 extra SP to move around......I will go with the consensus but that was my thinking initially.

carrying many bench spots in baseball is ridiculous imo.
on average a team plays 5-7 games a week leaving your bench players to probably get in to play 1 or 2 times a week if that thru rests. so why increase the number of bench spots?
we already have an overkill of bench spots in the hockey pool lets not do the same here

The bench in baseball is mostly for starting pitchers but 5 bench is cool with me.....Draft lottery will take place when we have 16 teams.

Real teams only carry 25 players on their big league clubs so I think we should do the same. Not sure what to remove. Maybe a RP and a bench spot

As long as we get 5 DL spots the roster specs don't matter to me.

Baseball needs additional DL with the frequency and severity of pitching injuries. 5 DL spots sounds about right.
