Just found another feature that i wasnt even aware about. Fantrax has minor league roster requirements and rules. So, if i can get every single rule that makes or breaks a minor leaguer, I can add it in and its one less thing for the mods to worry about or track. If they DONT want that, then that's cool. just wanted to let you know its available.....  |

Not a huge deal but a buddy just pointed out to me that Machado was only a 3B, where I had him penciled in as my SS while Franco would play 3B. When we joined the Yahoo league a few weeks ago, Machado was a SS/3B so I planned my team accordingly.
Machado played more than 5 games at SS last year which is why he is eligible for SS this year.
Why does this not apply to fantrax? Will that change before the season starts?
I am not complaining, more confused as to why. I am going to start to rethink my positions if these rules don't apply to fantrax.

Thanks. from what I understand, when Fantrax was set up for this league whomever set what Yahoo uses for eligibility which is 10 games from the year before and 5 games for the current year. Machado only played 7 games last year at SS, he would need 10 games in 2015 to be eligible for 2016. He probably became SS eligible last year after his 5th game there. So, if it holds true, if Machado plays 5 games at SS in 2016 he will be eligible. |
