ok that is good, we still need entry fee/premium fees in so someone doesnt have to chase around at seasons end to collect
also, teams need to fill there rosters on fantrax. there are alot of owned players via the waiver wire as we speak

theres no use constantly complaining about it guys... everyone knows everyones stance at this point...and its already XX days that weve made the switch.. use your powers for good and help start managing and promoting what should be a fun season.

Yahoo is all sizzle and no substance. Used both for a long time. If the league is basic Yahoo is superior because aesthetically it is wonderful. For a complex dynasty league like this? It's no contest Fantrax is the winner as it has a database and tools that can handle the biz as they say :-) Lets just all enjoy the best parts here which is the actual fantasy season...

Guys just let me bitch and moan about the interface like a grumpy old man. I trust that the customization is superior. I also pray for it to get a facelift asap.

Worst case scenario we don't like it and switch back next year. I agree the web page is not as good, and way too busy compared to yahoo, but hopefully the face lift makes it more user friendly and this will all be a moot point.

Having a fragmented setup via multiple site setup is cumbersome and nonfunctional for me personally. I work on fantasy stuff 95% of the time on the road. So it's a fit issue and perhaps I'm not a fit for this league going forward. I think I am though with fantrax that streamlines the day to day. So I made my intentions known respectfully I would tap out and let you guys find an owner that liked that setup. Said it once and that's it. I can be honest or dishonest and I chose to be 100% honest & straight forward. Since then I have done everything asked as soon as I knew and have left any discussion of the issues I might have alone. I'm not a high maintenance dude. Just a fantasy gamer. I want to just enjoy the season and play some fantasy ball with you guys. I am also thankful to be in this league and have a better showing for myself this year, and earn my spot here. |
